After an initial clarification of your specific concern, we will discuss suitable measures and procedures.
In a joint meeting, we will explain the options that are available to you:
If you do not want the Working Group for Equal Opportunities to intervene, we will simply document and record your case and protect your confidentiality.
If you want the Working Group for Equal Opportunities to intervene, possible measures may include discussions with the other individuals concerned or the person who committed the alleged acts of discrimination. These discussions may take place with or without your supervisor or other relevant persons being present.
Should it become apparent that the Working Group for Equal Opportunities is unable to provide the support you need, we will do our best to refer you to another competent body.
