About us

The Research Service at the Medical University of Vienna assists in questions about national funding programmes, EU framework programmes and international funding programmes.

We support MedUni Wien scientists right from the project idea, through to proposal submission to the final report. We have expertise in project administration and management and the integration of projects with the University administration.

Advice and support throughout the project life cycle

Discussion of funding opportunities for your research ideas
Provision of information about currently open research-funding calls
Guidance through the application process (its thematic specialities, formal criteria, cost-calculation, application procedures, etc.)
Advice on the steps necessary at the Medical University of Vienna after receiving funding approval
Problem-solving and troubleshooting during project implementation
