Finding a Research Topic
Research in the context of the Applied Medical Science Programme Public Health can be from all areas of Public Health. It can be experimental, epidemiological work or work utilizing other empirical methods like qualitative inquiry or historiographical methods. The essential requirements to be suitable as a doctoral thesis are: it must have new and original aspects either with respect to the research question or the methodology, and it must provide answers that are of relevance to Public Health based on a defendable research hypothesis.
Finding a Supervisor
In order to be considered for admission to the Doctoral Programme Public Health relevant supervision must be confirmed with a registered supervisor.
