(Vienna, 03 October 2024) This week, 680 first-semester students of human medicine and 80 first-semester students of dentistry started their studies at MedUni Vienna. The new students were welcomed by Rector Markus Müller as part of the “White Coat Welcome” at MedUni Vienna's Lecture Hall Center.
The first-year students received MedUni Vienna lab coats as a welcome gift. They used the evening to make their first contacts with their fellow students.
The first-semester students, who qualified for their study places via the MedAT admission procedure, are now starting their studies in human medicine or dentistry. The courses for the new winter semester also start this week for the higher semester students.
